Bookings
Appointment times book up fast - in order to avoid disappointment & secure a time that best suits you we encourage you to book your treatments in advance. Bookings for treatments can be made in person, by phone on 03 9687 7737 or via email at info@poutalicious.com.au

Treatment Selection
To ensure the ultimate experience, our approachable staff will be happy to guide you in selecting treatments that are just right for you. Communication is the key to a fulfilling experience so please feel free to discuss any areas of focus or concern with us.

Consultations
A thorough & professional consultation prior to every treatment will be conducted by our therapists in order to ensure you achieve best possible results each & every time.

Health Considerations
If you are under the supervision of a doctor or are using any medications please obtain permission from your doctor before scheduling/receiving services. It is your responsibility to inform persons performing services of any medical conditions or physical limitation you have relevant to your services.

Arrival Time
For you to enjoy the full value of your POUT-A-LICIOUS experience, please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This allows ample time to relax & take full advantage of your reserved treatment time. Please understand that if you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced accordingly. If you are running late, please phone us so that we can do our best to accommodate you.

Salon Etiquette
In the spirit of mutual respect, we would be grateful if you could switch your mobile phone to ‘silent’ & refrain from use during your visit with us.

Children's Policy
As much as we love your little people, due to Occupational Health & Safety reasons children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent/guardian at all times during your visit to POUT-A-LICIOUS. To ensure every client can fully enjoy their POUT-A-LICIOUS experience, we kindly ask that children keep noise to a minimum.

Payment Options
Cash, EFTPOS, Bankcard, Mastercard & Visa are all accepted at POUT-A-LICIOUS. A minimum purchase of $15 applies for all EFTPOS & credit card transactions. All prices are GST inclusive.

Cancellation Policy
We understand& that schedules do change, however we kindly ask that you give us 12-24 hours notice if you need to alter or cancel your appointment. Failure to provide us with timely cancellation notice or missed appointments for bookings of more than 1 hour duration will attract a 50% fee.

- A credit card number is required to secure all appointments over 1 hour.
- Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgement of this cancellation policy.

Privacy Policy

Refund/Returns Policy
POUT-A-LICIOUS will happily exchange or refund any product that proves defective or detrimental to your skin within 14 days of purchase. Sadly for the indecivise, the POUT-A-LICIOUS refund policy does not cover changes of mind, so plesae choose carefully.
